Blue Sky Smooth is a service website for Blue Sky Textures.

Estimate requests

When you request an estimate, we collect your name, phone number, email address, project city and the project details you provide. We store these details to respond to your request and discuss your project. Please do not include payment information or other sensitive information.

Project photos

If you upload project photos, they are saved with your Blue Sky work order so our office can review the rooms, ceilings, fixtures, damage and other visible project details. Please upload only photos relevant to the property and work you want Blue Sky to review.

Virtual assistant and voice messages

If you speak or type with our virtual assistant, useful conversation details may be saved so Blue Sky can build your work order and respond. If you send a voice message, the recording and the contact details you provide are sent to Blue Sky through our email provider. These records may be retained with our business records.

How your information is handled

Our website hosting, storage, AI, and email providers process information on our behalf. We use your request for project-related communication and do not sell your personal information. Information may be retained as needed to handle your request, maintain business records and meet legal obligations.
